Urgent Care Centre

Centre For Health Care (858-675-3200) provides urgent care services 365 days of the year.  We are conveniently located on the Pomerado Hospital Campus in the Pomerado Outpatient Pavilion on the 3rd Floor (North) and can offer you:

• Convenient hours – 9 am to 9 pm daily (modified hours on holidays)    
• Walk-in service (no appointment necessary)
• Free, convenient, covered parking
• Payment options (insurance, cash, credit cards)*
• Doctor and registered nurse on duty at all times
• On-site laboratory services
• On-site radiology services

*Centre's Urgent Care accepts most insurance (e.g., HMO, PPOs, EPOs, Medicare, Tricare, workers' compensation plans). Your health plan's member services department will confirm if your plan covers your care at Centre (Park Terrace).

*Urgent care visitors who are not currently patients of Centre (or one of the medical groups below) will pay via cash/credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and cash.

NOTE:  Centre's Urgent Care also welcomes patients from the following medical groups:

• Children's Physician Medical Group
• Scripps Penn Elm and
• Sharp Community Medical Group
